We will spend about an hour walking around this rocky headland taking in the two gorges. It is an easy walk with an excellent boardwalk but there are some steps. great opportunity on this walk to see kangaroo, dolphin, manta ray, and sea eagles. Excellent views of main Beach and Frenchman's Beach.

This is one of North Stradbroke's lesser known gems. Your guide will explain the unique ecosystem and the signage will give you an idea of how the local Quandomooka people lived here making this one of their most popular camps. A must see on any tour to Stradbroke.

One of Stradbroke's most beautiful beaches. Nestled between two headlands it provides the perfect swimming opportunity. Life guards will be on duty for your safety. Don't forget your bathers!

This little village of Amity Point gives us an spectacular view of Brisbane City and Moreton Bay. We will search out some wild koalas for you and in the crystal clear waters small sharks and dolphins can be often spotted.

During our tour of Stradbroke we will be having lunch at the Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel. Enjoy lunch and the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Moreton Island.

Guide will explain how the Lake gets it brown colour. Walk around the shore of the lake on the brilliant white sand or take a quick swim in the rejuvenating waters of the Lake.

Spent a very enjoyable day out on North Stradbroke Island taking advantage of a voucher I won in the Brisbane Holidays second chance draw. It was difficult to find a tour provider available in the current times of covid uncertainty....luckily Queensland Day Tours were able to oblige before the voucher expired on Aug. 15th 2021. Our small group of six were well looked after on the day by Brian as both driver and guide....he also assisted me over the phone with my booking. The tour was well paced, interesting and informative with a nice lunch at the Straddy Hotel. Brian was very knowledgable and professional throughout. Magnificent scenery, culture and wildlife right on our doorstep. Highly recommend this company.

The three of us did this tour today and we had a great time. Our guide was able to spot wildlife (kangaroos, koala, pelicans, bush stone curlew) throughout the trip and we also spotted some dolphins, turtle, and humpback whales! Definitely recommend this tour. The minivan was comfortable and the lunch at the Stradbroke hotel was delicious. We learnt a lot about the local Quandamooka's culture from our tour guide. Highly recommend!

From the start of pick up we knew we chose the right tour for what we were hoping for. Brian made everyone comfortable and gave us lots of information. There is more in this tour than what is advertised. We did not realize this tour was with a tour guide all day. Very happy & recommend you don’t miss this opportunity. Lunch was delicious and filling.

What a fantastic day! Our tour guide, Shane, was knowledgeable and showed us all around the island. Some of the day's highlights included seeing 3 koalas!!, ospreys feeding a chick at their nest, a feeding frenzy beneath the cliffs of the Gorge Walk at Point Lookout, and a visit to Brown Lake. Although it was hot outside, the bus' airconditioning gave us a break

Fantastic day - like a mini holiday in itself. Shane our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour was well organised, comfortable, easy, varied and we had time to relax. Swimming was wonderful, lunch great with a lovely view. Don't hesitate - this tour is good value and good fun!

The whole day was perfectly planned with enough time at each stop to fully relax. The brown lake is a must see along with a swim at main beach. Massive shout out to our tour guide who was top class throughout.

Such an amazing day tour! Our tour guide Shane was the best, he made everyone feel very welcome and took the time to actually get to know everyone on the tour, he had a high knowledge of North Straddie and showed us some great little spots that weren't even on the tour. It was such a beautiful day and the water in the ocean was so clear and beautiful! Such a perfect temperature as well. We saw dolphins and turtles on our walk in the water and we saw koala's up in the trees for the first time ever, the swim and the ice cream afterwards was to die for! If you want a tour to remember do this and fingers crossed you get Shane as well. Biggest regret was not bringing my camera on the tour, so be sure to take yours with you because there are so many opportunities for amazing photo's 😊 We will be back for sure 👍
